With several years of on-site and off-site servicing, Ultimate Resurgence Services are experts when it comes to the servicing, calibrating and maintenance of your safety critical equipment. All of our servicing are strictly based on Manufacturer’s Calibration Instructions.

A calibration check verifies that the sensor(s) and alarms respond within the manufacturer’s acceptable limits by exposing the instrument to a test gas. In this process, we compare the reading to the test-gas concentration (as indicated on the cylinder containing the test gas).

If the instrument response is within the acceptable range of the test-gas concentration (typically ± 10-20% of the test-gas concentration) then the calibration check verifies the instrument’s accuracy. (Note: OSHA recommends that operators check with the instrument’s manufacturer for the acceptable tolerance ranges.)

All applicable inspections, testing, and calibrations were performed using NIST traceable equipment (Gas), where available, in accordance with ISO 9001 Certified Quality System [Test kit relative] to ensure that the highest level of care and safety is provided for your equipment.
